CenterZone FAQ
What is CenterZone?
CenterZone is a website that allows you to auto score your range targets, and share them with friends. Start by taking a before photo of your target to increase the auto detection accuracy. Continue to have your range session as your normally would, and take an after photo of your target.
Is my data going to AI?
No, we do not send your data to any AI product of any kind. Our auto detection system uses local mathematic based algorithms to examine the pixels in the photo you upload. Your data never leaves our servers.
How do I score a target with CenterZone?
After you complete a range session, take a picture of your target. We recommend a before photo as well to increase auto detection accuracy. Simply sign into CenterZone, setup your gear with a few taps, and begin your session.
Does it cost anything or need an account?
It is free, and you can try it on your own target without an account. An account lets you save your range sessions, and share them with friends.
What kinds of targets does it work with?
Bullseye and ring targets, silhouette targets, and reactive splatter targets. Known targets are matched against a library for exact zones, and for any other target CenterZone proposes zones from the photo that you can adjust. We are constantly improving our auto detection model to identify, and detect new targets accurately.
Are my photos kept private?
Just to reiterate, your data never leaves our servers. When trying the demo without an account, your photos never leave your personal web browser. If you create an account, any profile photo, profile banner, and range target photo will be publicly viewable by anyone else with a CenterZone account. Photos only become publicly visible if you confirm the upload.
Do I need to install anything?
No. CenterZone runs in your phone or computer browser at centerzone.app.
